- Stay away from certain kinds of foods like , milk or cheese try  stuff  like tea and water  to get your voice  ready to get going.
- Practice breathing exercises.
- Motivation- It should make you want to do it and be committed and not give up.
- Perspiration- It should make you work hard until you sweat
- Preparation-  You should be prepared
